T Ball Time in Tennessee

After another pre-season tournament over the weekend, we have officially started the 2009 tball season this week. The first game that was scheduled for Monday was rained out, but never fear, there are plenty more on the schedule. Here is a collage of Logan sporting his new Cubs uniform, that he is SOOO proud of (and would probably sleep in if I would let him) and a few shots of him in action. He is a natural and loves playing baseball.

The following pictures are my favorites. I think I will get them printed out and put in a frame in Logan's room. Darrell has started a tradition of praying with Logan before every ball game. They go in the outfield, kneel, and pray together. It is very touching to watch.

Logan's team won this tournament. This was the team photo after they all received their trophies. Check out the good looking coach top right. :)

Logan's trophy collection is beginning to add up. He is going to need a shelf in his room to put them all on because space on his dresser is getting less and less.

Brooks and Nanny were chilling in the shade during one of the ballgames. I cannot imagine when he is old enough to play baseball. There really will be no free time. We will be going more than we do now but it sure is a whole lot of fun watching them do what they love.

Alright girl, you got me with the pic of Darrell praying with Logan. Totally made me tear up. What an awesome Daddy! What a precious picture!
And Brooks, what a doll. Love how he has his little barefeet propped up on his stroller.
Chuck and I were just talking the other day about how crazy our springs will be 4 or so years from now with boys having ball games.

That is so sweet, what a great example for Logan! I think you have a pro on your hands--he even has the baseball stance! Brooks is layed back taking it all in, just waiting his turn. Cute, Cute!!
